You and your family have been through a lot. Come in, de-stress and give your body, mind, and soul some peace. Studies show that regular exercise can help breast cancer survivors lessen depression and fatigue, as well as joint pain from hormone therapy. Regular exercise has also been shown to improve survival and reduce risk of the cancer coming back.
No experience necessary- this is a donation based class. A percentage of proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
